As a non-profit organization, the NAEC relies on a dedicated group of volunteers to lead tours, help with operations, and run our many diverse programs. All volunteers must go through a volunteer orientation which includes training on youth interaction and protection. Additional training may be required for specific volunteer assignments. Active volunteers are asked to record a minimum of 8 hours of work per month, throughout the year.
